From his base in Gloucester, where he is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Brian has used sheer grit and entrepreneurial determination to build his own aortic aneurysm screening service over the last fifteen years. This has cut the death rate from the condition dramatically in the county and he has published widely on the subject.
